Returns

We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund, technically speaking, within 28 days of purchase. Please try boots on indoors on a soft surface and return them in their original condition and packaging. But we're really nice here and, if you need to return a pair of boots that you bought from us, and they are boxed and in the condition that you bought them in, we'll take them back.

QUICK REFUNDS: We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible - normally within a few days of receiving your boots back.

UK RETURNS

We don’t charge to ship boots out to you, but we do ask you to cover the cost of returning boots to us. 

Please send all returns via ROYAL MAIL (other couriers won’t deliver to PO Box addresses).

RETURN COSTS FOR ONE PAIR OF BOOTS (up to 2kg) (March 2024)

We recommend booking a collection online with Royal Mail using Small Parcel Tracked 48.This service costs from £3.29 and the boots will be insured for £100, you can also arrange a free collection. You get the added bonus of being able to track where the boots are in transit. Please note some safety boots will be over 2kg, and may incur extra costs.

At the Post Office use Small Parcel Second Class Signed for. To return the boots to us, this should cost £4.69 at the post office and slightly less if you book it online. That includes compensation of £50 if anything happened to the boots. We very rarely ever have a problem with Royal Mail deliveries and as such we're happy to cover the additional cost of the boots should something happen to them in transit. Just keep hold of the proof of posting receipt. 

RETURN COSTS FOR TWO OR MORE PAIRS OF BOOTS (up to 10kg)

We recommend booking a collection online with Royal Mail using Tracked 48. This service costs from £6.49 and the boots will be insured for £100. You get the added bonus of being able to track where the boots are in transit.

At the Post Office use Medium Parcel 2nd Class Signed for. This should cost £8.19 and covers you for £50 compensation.

JUST BEFORE YOU GO…

There are a few sizing tricks that it’s worth trying before returning your boots to us. The footbeds of most boots can be removed and either replaced with a thin insole (to give more room in the boot) or you can place a thin insole underneath the footbed (to give a more snug fit).

Kids Blundstones can be worn with or without the insole which gives more flexibility on the sizing. 

NB The little white tag that's inside the rear pull tab on Redback boots is critical for rare warranty claims, so please don't remove it.
