Returns

We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please try them on indoors on a soft surface and return them in their original packaging.


UK RETURNS

We don’t charge to ship boots out to you, but we do ask you to cover the cost of returning boots to us. 

Please send all returns via Royal Mail. Second class parcel post is the cheapest option (usually around £4) - just keep the proof of posting receipt. Our returns address is:

JUST BEFORE YOU GO…

There are a few sizing tricks that it’s worth trying before returning your boots to us. The footbeds of most boots can be removed and either replaced with a thin insole (to give more room in the boot) or you can place a thin insole underneath the footbed (to give a more snug fit).

Kids Blundstones can be worn with or without the insole which gives more flexibility on the sizing.
