Returns

EXCHANGE

  • In order to get the boots you'd like as quickly as possible we recommend placing a new order for your exchange pair and returning your first pair for a refund. 
  • We process refunds as quickly as possible after receipt, usually within 2-3 days.
  • If you'd rather wait and send your boots back for us to process an exchange it really helps us if you can let us know in advance what you would like as an exchange. You can call or send us a message here.


REFUND

  • We'll always work hard to find the style and size that's right for you, but if all else fails, we'll be happy to give you a refund. Please remember to try boots on indoors on a soft surface. Returns that have visible signs of wear may not be accepted. 


RETURNS PERIOD

  • In general, we are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase, however we are happy to extend our returns period to 3 months to accommodate people who may have difficulty returning boots to us. If you have any questions about this you can email us here.


RETURNS PROCESS - UK

  • We ask customers to pay for any returns to us and to post back by ROYAL MAIL. 
  • If you live in the UK and you need to exchange boots for a different size, we will cover the cost of sending the first replacement pair to you.
  • As you would expect, we ask that items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received by you. That means not trying them on on a hard surface (carpet is fine) and where the boots have tags, leaving them on.
  • Please return footwear in original boxes, and wrap the box as opposed to sticking tape all over it - we re-use boxes whenever possible. Thank you!

  • PLEASE SEND ALL RETURNS by ROYAL MAIL ONLY. Couriers and parcel companies CAN'T DELIVER to PO BOX ADDRESSES. You can send by First/Second Class post, but please ask your post office for proof of postage. A single pair of boots sent back to us by Second Class parcel post with a signature at this end will cost you about £4.00 (£3.00 without the signature). If you prefer a signed/tracked service, please also do this through the Royal Mail. Thank you.


RETURNS - EUROPE

  • We ask customers to pay for any returns to us. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN ADDRESS - it is not the same as the address above for returns from outside the UK
  • As you would expect, we ask that items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received by you. That means not trying them on on a hard surface (carpet is fine) and where the boots have tags, leaving them on.
  • Please return footwear in original boxes, and wrap the box as opposed to sticking tape all over it - we re-use boxes whenever possible. Thank you!
  • If you would like to exchange your boots for a different size/style you will need to pay the cost of shipping the replacement pair of boots out to you. This will be the same amount you were charged to send the original pair out to you.
