RETURNING BOOTS TO US

We're happy to accept returns for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.

When trying on your boots, please do so indoors on a soft surface to avoid marking them. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We also kindly ask that you do not attach tape, labels, or other packaging directly to the boot box.

Please let us know in advance if you're sending something back, so we can keep an eye out for your return.

Missed the 28-day window? Don't worry — we're a friendly bunch! If your boots are unworn, boxed, and in the same condition as when you received them, we'll still do our best to help and are usually happy to accept them back.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS - we apply a flexible extended deadline. Please just get any returns back to us as soon as you can.

QUICK REFUNDS: We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible - normally within a few days of receiving your boots back.

UK RETURNS

We don’t charge to ship boots out to you, but we do ask you to cover the cost of returning boots to us. 

Please send all returns via ROYAL MAIL (other couriers won’t deliver to PO Box addresses).

For one pair of boots, up to 2kg, we recommend booking a collection online with Royal Mail using Small Parcel Tracked 48.

For heavier boots weighing more than 2kg such as safety boots and Rossi boots from size 7 upwards, we recommend that you weigh your parcel before selecting the service as you may need to select Medium Parcel Tracked 48. Also use this service if you are sending back more than one pair of boots (up to 10kg).

If sending from a Post Office it's probably best to let the Post Office staff advise you as to the best service to use.

JUST BEFORE YOU GO…

There are a few sizing tricks that it’s worth trying before returning your boots to us. The footbeds of most boots can be removed and either replaced with a thin insole (to give more room in the boot) or you can place a thin insole underneath the footbed (to give a more snug fit).

Kids Blundstones can be worn with or without the insole which gives more flexibility on the sizing. 

NB The little white tag that's inside the rear pull tab on Redback boots is critical for rare warranty claims, so please don't remove it.
