Our office will be closed on Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December, 2024. The last postage date for free and standard shipping to hopefully arrive before Christmas is Friday 20th December. If you select Express Next Day Delivery on an order placed on Friday 20th before 1pm, Royal Mail should deliver on Monday 23 December. But, as always over the Xmas period, things don't always go to plan. We've found Royal Mail to be very reliable, but they're clearly under pressure at this time of the year and they don't guarantee that they will perform faultlessly.

From Friday 27th December to Thursday 2nd January, we'll have limited staff available to respond to emails and answer the telephone. We'll aim to reply to any enquiries as quickly as possible though.

As usual, we'll be extending our deadline for returns over the Christmas period. But, to be honest, we don't ever apply a strict policy. If you've bought boots and need to return them, as long as they are 'as new' and in their original packaging, we'll take them back - we're really nice here.
