In the beginning...
AussieBoots was born out of a trip our director Pete made to Australia in the early 90s. He came across Blundstone boots and loved them so much he hasn’t taken them off since. Seeing a gap in the market in the UK he began selling them online, back when websites were still a strange, new-fangled phenomenon!
We are a family-run business based in Herefordshire, near Monmouth and are proud of the fact that we have been steadily building a very loyal customer base over the past twenty years. Alongside Blundstones we now sell two other iconic Australian boot brands - Redback and Rossi.
We are passionate about the boots that we sell and their Australian heritage. They are hard wearing, practical and so comfortable. Our customers come back to us again and again & it seems that Pete is not alone in having been converted to being a Blundstone wearer for life

We are a fully authorised retailer of Blundstone, Redback and Rossi boots, as well as the other branded products we sell. Full warranties apply.
We will only ever sell genuine products, sourced directly from the manufacturer.

As a customer, you should expect the very best in terms of product quality and level of service. If you have anything that you would like to discuss about our products or service, we want to hear from you.
Our office hours are 10am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday and we take phone calls between 10:30 am and 3.30 pm. Give us a call on 01600 887111 or email sales@aussieboots.co.uk. If we don't answer, please leave us a message and we'll call you straight back. If you email us, we will often reply outside of these hours.

Meet the team...
Emma
Emma heads our customer service team and keeps watch over all our emails, phone calls and social media messages. She's the lovely one you've probably spoken to on the phone. Favourite boots are any with coloured elastic as long as it's pink.
Christine
Christine processes and packs orders and deals with returns/exchanges whilst making sure we have everything we need to keep the business going. Her favourite boots are her grey rustic Blundstone 587s.
Al
Al is our social media planner, guru and general all rounder. She's just as at home processing orders or planning a marketing campaign. Favourite boots: Redbacks every time.
Pete
Pete is the boss, chief coffee-maker and handles all the big picture stuff. He started the business over 20 years ago following a trip to Australia. Favourite boots: absolutely all of them - looking at how many pairs he has.
Olivia (well this is Arthur, Liv's dog)
Liv is with us until late 2023, a great all-rounder and we'll be holding onto her for as long as we can! Favourite boots - Blundstone Lug
Sarah
Sarah has just joined us for 4 days a week, so will be learning the ropes over the summer months. Favourite boot to be decided once she has tried them all!
